Every Qerios user receives a unique Ask Link (qerios.com/ask/username). This is your gateway to anonymous engagement.

• Where to Share: You can post your Ask Link on X (Twitter), Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, or anywhere else you have a presence.
• Who Can Ask: Anyone—whether they are registered Qerios users or guests visiting from the web—can send you a question through this link.
• Privacy Controls: You have full control over your link. If you ever feel overwhelmed, you can temporarily disable incoming questions or adjust your settings to receive only questions from registered users.

How Anonymous Asking Works

When someone sends you a question, they have the power to decide how they appear to you:

1. Anonymous: The sender’s identity is hidden from you. You receive the question, but the sender's data remains private.
2. Identified: The sender may choose to attach their name to the question. This is entirely at their discretion.

Receiver Controls

As a receiver, you have the final say on what happens to every incoming question:

• Answer: When you answer a question, it becomes a public post on your profile.
• Decline: You can decline questions that don't meet your standards.
• Ignore: You can silently ignore questions without sending any notification back to the sender.

Safety & Spam Protection

We understand that anonymous platforms are often targets for spam. To prevent this, Qerios employs advanced technical measures to keep your inbox clean:

• CAPTCHA Integration: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to ensure that automated bots cannot flood your Ask Link with spam.
• IP-based Rate Limiting: We monitor submission rates per IP address to prevent "spam attacks" from a single source.
• Silent Filtering: Our 3-layer AI moderation system analyzes incoming questions before they reach your inbox. If a question contains harmful content, it is dropped silently. The sender receives no indication that their message was blocked, preventing them from trying to "game" our filters.
